This post has been long over due and I am so happy to be finally posting it.
Over the past 30 yrs we have lived in quite a few houses.
In each house my wonderful husband always made sure I had

a sewing space. He gladly did whatever had to be done to make it happen.
Sometimes our ideas worked and sometimes they needed to be reconsidered....
He moved walls and/or built walls,
re-did floors,
did electrical, (I have an obsession with lighting :)) ,
had custom cabinets made for me ,
drafting tables,
painted rooms and furniture,
shopped for materials and supplies ~ and really the list goes on and on....
he did it all with not one single complaint.....
In our present house he put all these skills to work once again and made a perfect ~ for me~
~ Sewing Studio ~
I can't Thank him enough!
Over the next few posts I will share with you some pictures of my Sewing Studio and how the space works so well for me.

Wow, Ann. Your space is simply amazing. Guess your Honey doesn't want to have to help clear off the dining room table every day, eh? What a great job he's done and you've decorated it beautifully.

Omg. This is absolutely beautiful!!! I'm totally envious because this would be a like a dream come true for me. Tell your husband I love him for what he did for you lol.
Okay...I think I can do something similar, if I remove every wall in the house and move DH out. That space is phenomenal!

Oh my goodness Ann! It's totally amazing! I can't say enough about it! I showed it to Bob and his face fell. He said:"Do you want me to build you a room in the basement?" I said that I'm very satisfied with my sewing room but .......! I really enjoyed our get together today. We have to do it more often.
Holy moly - look at your track lighting and that beautiful floor! And all that storage! That is a wonderful man....
