To Facebook?...or to not Facebook?

for me at this time - it is * to not *
I signed up .......and then I de-activated my account.
I'm not quite ready for Facebook :)
Right now when I have any free time I just love reading my favorite blogs and checking up on what you are all doing.
That is what I enjoy so that is what I'll do. Facebook will be for later!
Have a great week end!

I'm have a FB account, but I am rarely on it because I am more busy with reading other blogs and posting on my own blog, then there's real life. Homeschool teaching to do, diapers to change, laundry, meals to prepare, sewing, etc. I can't live on the computer.

I have an account, but don't do much with it. My kids both post photos and stuff, so I like to see that. I would rather read my favorite blogs and PR.

I have an account too, but I'm still getting to know its potential and functionalities. I'm not spending too much time on Facebook, time is a precious resource for me!

Hi Ann, same thing with me. My son in Ottawa is always trying to get me to Facebook and suggests that former students could get in touch, etc. but I'm just not sure about that so it's no for me too.

My kids facebook; I don't. They told me there's no way on the planet they'd friend me anyway. I'll spend my time on more enjoyable things.

I did exactly what you did with facebook. I enjoy blogging but wouldn't have time to sew if I was active with facebook.

I love my Facebook! You don't really realize what you are missing! I only got on because of my 13-yr old but then an old high school friend found me. I hadn't kept up with anyone. It was our 30th this year (950 in our grad class) and she has spent months and months tracking us all down. We had monthly happy hours before the big reunion and have reconnected (and met new "old" high school friends) and are still "friending" more people. I have found so many people from my past that I wouldn't have found otherwise. My cousins are all over the country and I haven't known them very well but now with the pictures and updates and conversations, it has been the biggest blessing! It doesn't take that much time and is so worth it if you friend your family and friends near and far!

That is so funny, I as well, signed up, but never get on. I'm not really into it, or maybe it's that I just can't find the time.
